Our History and Core Values

The Mental Health Contractors Association of San Diego (MHCA) was formed in 1981 to represent the interests of San Diego County mental health contractors in discussions with County Behavioral Health Services. From its inception, the organization has met regularly with the County Mental Health Director and their staff to discuss mutual issues.
